Gainesville, GA – Multiple men were arrested after posting pictures online with guns and drugs on Christmas Day reported WXIA.
Six men were arrested by the Gainesville police after sharing pics on the internet.
Police received a tip that people were posting pictures and videos on the social media app Snapchat of drugs and money.
“They were displaying the firearms. They were displaying the drugs so that all could see,” said Gainesville police.
Police identified the location where the videos were taken to an apartment complex and made a visit.
Six of the people from the videos were arrested at the apartment complex. Some of the suspects in the videos were not at the apartment and the investigation remains open.
