A video was recorded of woman fighting a Philadelphia cop on a sidewalk.
It shows police on scene at an incident. When the female cop goes to put the female suspect in custody, the suspect resist arrest, swinging her arm away from the cop and causing the officer to drop her handcuffs.
The cop re-engages with the woman, who went by the name Tiarra, but Tiarra keeps the cop at arms lenth away grabbing the cop by the neck. As the cop tries to gain control, Tiarra begins swinging at the cop with a closed fist.
A citizen stepped in to help control the suspect and eventually pins her against the wall.
She was finally put in handcuffs and will face charges.
