La Marque, Tx – After a pregnant woman was found dead, her boyfriend was charged with capital murder as reported by nbc5.
Austin Calderone, 29-years-old, was charged in the death of four months pregnant 26-year-old Stephanie Falcon.
La Marque police were responding to a call of a man acting strangely in the area. The man located was Calderone. During the initial investigation, Calderone gave the police a fake name was subsequently charged with giving a false name.
Continuing with the investigation, police learned that Falcon lived with Calderone and effort was made to locate her. She was found dead in the apartment that they shared.
Autopsy reports show that Falcon died of strangulation.
Calderone remains in jail with a $750,000 bond.
