Boston, MA – A man was shot after he parked in space that another man had allegedly cleared of snow reported WHDH.

The shooting happened 25 January 2016 on Nightingale Street in the Dorchester neighborhood.

A man pulled up in a black BMW and announced that he had shoveled the parking spot were a Toyota Camry was parked.

The owner of that Camry told police that he was willing to move the car but the man in the BMW became more aggressive because he thought the man was taking too long to move the car.

They started to argue when the man in BMW pulled out a gun and shot the other man in the stomach.

Police investigate shooting over parking spacePolice Commissioner William Evans told WHDH that “I think it goes to the point all the time there’s way too many guns. People are shooting over a parking spot we’ve got a problem.”

The suspect is a 27-year-old male that is known to police.
