Detroit, MI – ADT failed to contact police during a break-in and the homeowner was left to the burglars off himself according to WXYZ.
It happened at his home on Monte Vista, near Schoolcraft, a few days ago.
“I got a call from ADT saying there was a break in and they would send police and armed security” says Ray.
But when he arrived at his home, Ray says there was no one to help.
He was confronted by 3 burglars who ran off
Since then, ADT has not returned our calls for comment.
Ray says they offered him $100 credit on his bill, but they had no accountability.
“I’m thankful to be alive and realize even bars on my windows won’t help” says Ray.
