DeKalb County, GA. – A teen girl was found dead on Flat Shoals Road in DeKalb County.
Sariah Wilcoxson, 16, was found near a MARTA bus stop, not far from the Highlands at East Apartment reported WBS-TV2.
Sariah walked a friend to the bus stop, walked to a local convenience store alone, and then on the way walking home, she was gunned down.
Sariah lived in the nearby apartment complex, Highlands at East Apartment, where a 4-year-old riding on his big wheel was shot by a stray bullet recently.
Sariah’s uncle Danny Wilcoxson said in an interview, “I’m angry. I’m upset. It doesn’t make any sense that it’s allowed to go on and on.”
